If you have just installed MediaWiki

You probably installed from Git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:

Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Using Git to download skins.

Doing this should not interfere with your Git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.

If you have just modified LocalSettings.php: Double-check the skin names for typos.

When Nautica and Velocity visited the Museum of Curios and Rumored Objects in search of a map to Cyberutopia, Agonizer offered to show them how to get to Sh'an Sh'an Terre instead to cover up the fact that he didn't have such a map. An Axe to Break the Ice

Notes

It's not clear if Sh'an Sh'an Terre is a planet or a location on Ki-Aleta, which was established to be home of the Omega Guardians in Spotlight: Hot Rod.
