Shanghai Public Security Bureau
The Shanghai Public Security Bureau (上海市公安局 Shànghǎi Shì Gōng'ān Jú) is a human organization under the jurisdiction of the Chinese police department of the Shanghai government. In addition to maintaining the laws and public safety of Shanghai, they also assist Autobots and NEST in resisting the invasion of the Decepticons.

[edit]In 2009, to help Autobots and NEST eliminate Demolishor and Sideways hiding in Shanghai, the Shanghai Public Security Bureau dispatched multiple police officers and SWAT to evacuate residents near the chemical plant on the grounds of harmful gas leakage, ensuring that Autobots and NEST did not act secretly outside the attention of the media and civilians.
After nightfall, a Z-11 police helicopter guided NEST's convoy and Black Hawk helicopter into the battlefield. Some police cars were destroyed when Demolishor broke out of NEST's encirclement and wreaked havoc on the city's elevated highway. Revenge of the Fallen

In order to prevent Decepticons from escaping, the Shanghai Public Security Bureau dispatched police cars to block all entrances and exits of the city.
A patrol police car was attacked by Demolishor while patrolling a dock in Shanghai, but luckily it and its driver survived. Revenge of the Fallen (Xbox 360/PS3/PC)
