Shinobu Urakawa (浦川しのぶ; Urakawa Shinobu) (born March 31, 1939) is (was?) a Japanese lyricist. Urakawa also wrote the theme song lyrics for Balatack, image song lyrics for Galaxy Express 999, and helped develop the original concepts for Magnos The Robot and Mahō no Mako-chan.
