- Accessories: Helmet, football, chinstrap, facemask
- Part of the second wave of the Collaborative NFL crossover, Skolgrin is a roughly Deluxe-sized robot who transforms into a Minnesota Vikings football helmet. He features a removable football helmet for his robot mode, as well as a small football that the figure can hold via a Fire Blast effect-compatible 3 mm peg. The toy is a mild partformer in that the chinstrap and a portion of the facemask are formed by separate pieces that store on the back of the figure in robot mode. The football can be pegged on the chinstrap for storage in helmet mode.
- Undocumented in the instructions, the helmet accessory can be stored on a hexagonal peg inside the robot mode's chest.
- This toy was a Target exclusive in the US.
- This figure was recolored into Blizz-Herd, and retooled with different heads to make Goldrush, Starblitz/Steelsmash, and KC-59/Tundra Prime.
Notes
[edit]- Skolgrin's name is a play on words derived from the traditional Minnesota Vikings fight song "Skol, Vikings" and the Decepticon Skullgrin.
- It is entirely possible Skolgrin is a Target exclusive in the US because Target is headquartered in Minnesota, where the Vikings play.
