Fiction

Ask Vector Prime

[edit]

One Aurex universe's Crystal Widow fell for Skyfall, a bot, like herself, who wasn't quite in one faction or the other, and both used the other and switched sides as their feelings grew. When Crystal Widow learned Skyfall had something big planned, she resolved to stop him. That was until Unicron snatched her for the Universe War. Ask Vector Prime, 25/9/2015

Toys

Universe (2008)

[edit]
  • Skyfall (Ultra Class, 2009)
    • Series: Generation 2 Series
    • Accessories: Blaster, missile
The Universe Skyfall toy doubles as a Unicron Trilogy character and a Generation 2 character.
A Walmart-exclusive redeco of the 2008 Universe series Ultra Class Silverbolt, "Skyfall" transforms into a (fictional) FB-129 supersonic fighter-bomber, as indicated by a designation on his fuselage (recalling a similar detail from his first toy). As an Ultra-sized toy, he comes with various light and sound gimmicks (exactly the same ones as Universe Powerglide), including a machine gun type sound when one presses the big button on the fuselage, and different classic transformation sound effects depending on whether he is being transformed from vehicle mode or vice versa. His spring-loaded missile-launching blaster features a B-2 Stealth bomber as a decorative shape.
This mold was also used to make Darkwind.

Notes

[edit]
  • It wasn't clear who was Crystal Widow's lost lover until Ask Vector Prime clarified that it was a Unicron Trilogy version of Generation 2 Skyjack/Skyfall.
  • Skyfall and Widow's faction-hopping and mutual using is a nod to Silverbolt (who Skyfall's original mold shares a name with) and Blackarachnia (Crystal Widow's original mold)'s relationship.
