Space-Age Jack is a human television program. It appears to focus on a conflict between a military organization and an opposing group of lizard-men. Any resemblance between this program and actual events is no doubt purely coincidental.

When the Quintessons introduced subliminal messages into the television signals picked up by the Junkions, these signals ended up being rebroadcast via the Junkions' omni-directional relay to the entire galaxy.

• Space-Age Jack is, of course, one of several references to G.I. Joe that made its way into the third season of the Generation 1 cartoon. In addition to the "military versus reptile-themed villains" set-up and the battle cry of "Yo Jack!", Michael Bell, voice of G.I. Joe's Duke, even provided Jack's voice for this short clip.
