Spencer Peel is an American animation director and animator. Prior to his work for Marvel Productions, he animated at the DePatie-Freleng studio and Hanna Barbera as far back as at least the '60s. He directed on What's New, Mr Magoo and Baggy Pants & the Nitwits, and was an animator on The Kwicky Koala Show. During the '80s, he animated on the Smurfs, and directed episodes of Inhumanoids, My Little Pony 'n Friends, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
