Spirit energy
Spirit energy (精神エネルギー seishin enerugī), also known as spirit power (精神パワー) and Shinchōkon (神超魂), is a form of energy inherent to all living things and primarily manipulated by the Zamojin. With it, they were able to create the Legends World and, in turn, draw from the spirit energy of its inhabitants.
Energized by desire, the effects of spirit energy are multiple. It can give users telepathic power, change one's form, open portals to pull in beings from other worlds, and even resurrect the dead.

[edit]After being free of the Quintessons' quadrant lock, the Zamojin experimented with their spirit energy, creating the Legends World in conjunction with other power sources.
