Stéphane Excoffier (born 1957) is a Belgian actress, active in dubbing. She is mostly known as the French voice of Monkey D. Luffy in One Piece.
She started her career by playing in different films and TV series throughout the 1980s. In the mid-2000s, she started dubbing.
In 2008, she was chosen to dub the main hero of the One Piece shonen, Monkey D. Luffy, succeeding Vincent Barazzoni who dubbed the character between 2003 and 2004 for the first dub of the series.
Aside from this role, she is also the voice of Selenis Leyva as Gloria Mendoza in Orange Is the New Black, Aunt May in the 2017 Spider-Man TV series, Mummy Pig in Peppa Pig and Gilda the griffin in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.
