Staniz is a city on Cybertron. It's located in the north (a feature many planets share) and is a center of the Cybertronian shipbuilding industry.

Located in the northern part of Cybertron, Staniz was a thriving spaceport city. Virtually all of the city's economy revolved around shipbuilding and the service industry supporting the shipbuilders, which is why Jazz, a native of the city, was eager to get away from it as quickly as possible once he discovered music, as it "wasn't [his] scene".
