Stanley

Stanley is a gorilla from the Rescue Bots cartoon portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Stanley is a large male gorilla residing in a preserve in Rwanda. He has a mate and two small children.

Woodrow Burns managed to befriend Stanley and his family after spending time with them in the jungle, and taught Stanley the ancient art of the noogie. Following an attack on Woodrow by some baboons, Woodrow's brother Charlie Burns arrived with Dani, Heatwave and Blades to visit and Stanley was the first to greet them. A short time later the group was surrounded by baboons during a trek across a mountain, however when Charlie saved one of the children, Stanley appointed him leader. A nearby erupting volcano sent Stanley and his family on a panicked dash into the jungle where they were in endangered by the lava, prompting Woodrow and Charlie to have to calm them down so they could be led to safety. Charlie later passed on leadership to Woodrow, who remained with Stanley and his family. King Burns
