• Animated Perceptor is "voiced" by a computerized text-to-speech device in homage to Stephen Hawking's traditional mode of communication.
• In the film's ambiguous timeframe sometime in the 2020s, Sir Edmund Burton claims to be the last of the Order of the Witwiccans. Coincidentally, this wound up making sense in context as the real Hawking died in 2018.
