James Steven Bulen (born August 1, 1949) is an American actor. He may be best-known for playing the titular Freeman in the Crying Freeman series, other notable roles include Gargoyle in the Streamline dub of Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water, Greco Rohman in the Streamline dub of Vampire Hunter D, Gale Glory in Rave Master, Midvalley the Horn Freak in Trigun, Casshan in Casshan Robot Hunter, Dr. Moko on Super Powers Team: Galactic Guardians, Taizo Kirihara in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion and being one of the voices of Daisuke Jigen in the Lupin the 3rd franchise.
He is sometimes credited as Steve Bulin.
