Steven Merting (November 4, 1970) is a German actor and voice actor.
As an actor, he is known for playing Tom Borkmann on the television series Wolff's Turf. His voice roles include 008 in Cyborg 009, Sirzechs Lucifer in the High School DxD franchise, and Gilbert G.P. Guilford in the Code Geass franchise.
