She is best known for her roles as Hayase Nagatoro in Don't Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro, Sanae Dekomori in Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions, Alya in Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian, Lum in the 2022 remake of Urusei Yatsura, Shalltear Bloodfallen in Overlord, Kikko Hoshino in Concrete Revolutio: Chōjin Gensō, Tamaki Kannazuki in GJ Club, Peach Maki in Hozuki no Reitetsu, Yachiyo Inugami in Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san and Kurea Komiyama in Wanna be the Strongest in the World.
In the world of dubbing Uesaka is the voice of Jinx in League of Legends and Arcane, Bubbles in The PowerPuff Girls 2016, Pennywhistle in Trolls World Tour and Neela in The Cinema dub of Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift.
