Susan is a compassionate woman who knows when not to ask invasive questions. She owns a silver sedan, with which she's willing to give hitch-hikers a ride.

[edit]When the Gulf Coast was being enveloped by a hurricane thanks to a weather machine built by the Decepticons, Susan spotted war veteran Stan "Stitch" Bennett hitch-hiking on the side of the road, and agreed to give him a ride. While she drove, a tree fell in front of her car, forcing her to swerve off the road. She was left trapped in her vehicle as it plunged into an overflowing creek. Thankfully, Stan was able to get out and seek out help. He found it in the form of the Autobot Ratchet. The Autobot retrieved Susan from the swelling waters, though she was left unconscious from the crash, and has to be strapped down in order to avoid aggravating a head wound she had suffered. Stan then loaded her up inside Ratchet's vehicle mode and surmised she had suffered a cranial fracture, necessitating immediate surgery, lest she suffer permanent brain damage. Thanks to the combined efforts of Ratchet and Stan, Susan was spared from further harm. She was then brought to a hospital in the town of Mobile to recover. Healers, Fighters, and Transformers
