Grimlock: Only AM in Marvel?
[edit]I have to disagree that Grimlock's AM form is the only such one we see in Marvel. Optimus Prime's representation in the final issue looks strongly like his AM form. The Blue forearms tell me he's not in his original G1 body, and the location of the smokestacks are not the same as they are for Ginrai. Aurax 10:23, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
- "Other Action Master toys are represented, but not having been changed by Nucleon they are likely not actual Action Masters." In the same slew of issues, we also see Krok, Rad, Treadshot, and probably a few more I'm forgetting, all looking extremely toy-accurate. But, like Prime, none of them are shown to be Nucleon-infused, and thus none can be properly called Action Masters. - Jackpot 10:46, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
- Prime was an Action Master too, by technicality. Hi-Q touched Grimlock during his metamorphosis, and the Nucleon which powered that metamorphosis accelerated his own merging with Prime. And then the Last Autobot completes it, yadda yadda yadda, he's his Action Master toy. --ItsWalky 16:52, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
Were action master partners and/or vehicles ever depicted in fiction? Would this be an interesting fact to add? - Starfield 17:00, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
- The only "appearance" I know of is the one already in the article. - Jackpot 17:29, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
- Push-Button also appeared, in Dreamwave's G1 ongoing series #5. --Xaaron 06:56, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
Budiansky's treatment
[edit]"Bob Budiansky's treatment for the Action Masters was printed in a Titan Books trade." Specifics? Which trade exactly?--Nevermore 09:13, 26 October 2010 (EDT)
