SG Rook

[edit]

Shouldn't we mention that it's Shattered Rook that reports starting in the SG issues? "Gets a makeover" seems to be missing the obvious. --ItsWalky 21:56, 10 June 2009 (EDT)

Categories?

[edit]

Cat:TransTech, Cat:Shattered Glass, Cat:Transformer culture, ja? I ask 'cause the article starter didn't add any... - SanityOrMadness 22:09, 10 June 2009 (EDT)

Pondering ahead... would Wings of Honor stuff be under its own category, or just Generation 1? Also, any objections to an Around Cybertron category? We're managing to pile up the journalists here... --Jeysie 18:04, 28 January 2010 (EST)

Spoilers

[edit]

Woah, hey, sorry about that. I'm not sure the 'news' he's reporting is accurate anyway, which is why it didn't occur to me to put spoiler tags in there, but of course I should have. My bad. --Jimsorenson 17:52, 8 August 2009 (EDT)

Well, even the possibility is a spoiler, IMHO. :> But I'm pretty grateful for the info otherwise... it didn't even occur to me that the symbols might be actual meaningful writing. That's a pretty awesome easter egg bit. --Jeysie 18:00, 8 August 2009 (EDT)
Megatron's dead? Yeah, as if that'll last. ---Blackout- 07:13, 13 August 2009 (EDT)
Generally we allow one month before permitting this sort of club magazine information on the wiki. Then there's no problem like this one! --ItsWalky 09:29, 13 August 2009 (EDT)
I had been thinking that too, but I figured that you guys like Jim would know better than I would about whether it was OK to include the info or not, so I didn't say anything. --Jeysie 08:50, 13 August 2009 (EDT)
Yeah, technically, this info probably shouldn't be there. Honestly, this whole thing was more about me breaking out my decoder ring than it was about the info. Adding in the plot summary was more about "hey, I'm in here anyway, may as well be useful." I have no objection to taking out the one line plot summary ... though I'm not sure there's a burning need to. I'd argue that the easter egg in the text can stay though, since it's basically only 'spoiling' stuff that you need to be ridiculously plugged-in to understand it anyway. (Besides, I've, uh, linked to it in several places and taking all the links out and putting them all back seems like a lot of work for basically no gain.) --Jimsorenson 09:16, 13 August 2009 (EDT)
Oh, I forgot to ask, so does that mean that the Fanclub wait period covers spoileriness too? (Like, you don't have the Fanclub banner up for a month, then also slap a spoiler template on things for a month?) --Jeysie 09:41, 13 August 2009 (EDT)
