Proto Powerglides arm colour?

So I think that the arms of the Proto-Powerglide look dark metallic blue, whereas the notes page says they're olive. I thought this was a mistake, as the body looks olive-brown and changed the page to reflect this perceived mistake, but another editor seems to believe it to be correct with the olive arms, and wanted to see what was more widely believed?
