It's a stub in that it needs the Fiction section filled out with information from all of its fictional appearances (I dunno if it shows up in more than that one issue).

Or to put it another way, if there's a required section still missing info, the article is a stub. It's a matter of completeness, not quantity. (For instance, Dead End (SG) is a really tiny page... but it's not a stub, because it's got the minimum possible required sections and that's really all there is to say about the dude.) --Jeysie 12:32, 7 March 2010 (EST)
