Megatron Origin?

[edit]

Because I really don't feel like squinting at Milne art, I have to ask: where is Blot in Megatron Origin? —Interrobang 07:42, 21 March 2012 (EDT)

Issue 2, among the gladiators in the montage of Megatron's fights. Also seen with Hun-Grrr and some Predacons. Issue 4, during the uprising. He's shooting a gun with his robot arms while ripping bodies apart with his creature arms. --Xaaron 10:24, 21 March 2012 (EDT)

Power of the Primes

[edit]

Can we really call the POTP figure a retool of Rippersnapper? At a glance some of the details look very similar, like the V shape above the pelvis and the way the shoulders attach to the torso. But closer inspection makes it look to me like the only parts they actually share are the combiner peg, knees, thighs, and crotch. It seems more like they might share the one sprue, and even then it might be that they just reused the same CAD model for those particular parts. Even the shoulder pieces, despite being the same size and fitting into the torso the same way, have different molded details. --King Starscream (talk) 04:15, 14 September 2018 (EDT)

“Despite being a retool of Rippersnapper, Blot thankfully did not inherit that toy's fragile combiner-peg-hole problem, as his is molded in much thicker plastic” - Where did this come from? I’ve checked my copies of both Rippersnapper and Blot, and the socket walls are the same thickness. Not to mention that both sockets are broken. --Oiler (talk) 21:01, 9 November 2024 (EDT)

- Ugh. Two years later and this is still here? I’m making a change. Oiler (talk) 22:43, 20 April 2026 (EDT)
