Thank you, M. Sipher, for the clean-up and the better picture. As for the capitalizations, I didn't know. Eh, live and learn. - Zadok Rox 23:07, 16 April 2010 (EDT)

Via my latest contrib (adding all the pics of the other toys), is it all right or is it unnecessary? Not sure. Just revert if I'm in the wrong. Screamer 17:45, 22 May 2010 (EDT)
I think having all of them is unnecessary (last year's BotCon's article only had a pic of one of the main toys and one pic of one of the second- or third-tier toys). However, I'm going to leave the decision of deletion to one of the higher-ups. - Zadok Rox 08:32, 23 May 2010 (EDT)

Which heading for Dan Khanna?

[edit]

Dan's article here states that he works for Fun Publications, but he also done work for IWD. Should he placed under Fun Publications or IDW? Sorry if this is a dumb question. - Zadok Rox 14:04, 15 June 2010 (EDT)

Two possible answers: One, which company's "banner" is he attending under? Two, if that doesn't yield an answer, I'd vote FunPub, since he does far more work for them than for IDW. --Jeysie 14:23, 15 June 2010 (EDT)
I imagine like every year, he has his own table as a dealer/exhibitor. BotCon was noting that he'd be AT BotCon, not that he was an Invited Special Guest. (Not that Dan isn't special in our hearts.) --ItsWalky 14:34, 15 June 2010 (EDT)
Ah, I failed to make that distinction. Should I remove the other artists I added (if it hasn't been done already)? - Zadok Rox 16:30, 15 June 2010 (EDT)
I would file them under IDW guests, along with all the editors and writers and such who will undoubtedly show up. --ItsWalky 17:02, 15 June 2010 (EDT)

I think that's a joke. --abates 17:50, 28 June 2010 (EDT)

TakaraTomy rep's name

[edit]

What was the name of the TakaraTomy representative who was present for the 11:00a.m. Sunday morning Hasbro Designers panel? I couldn't catch his name. --Sabrblade 01:24, 5 July 2010 (EDT)

Depending on the sites that were covering it, you have "Miake", "Miyake", and "Yake". I'm also curious the surname of the second Lenny (not the one currently on the guest list). --Lonegamer78 02:26, 5 July 2010 (EDT)
Who's the second Lenny? ("Panzica" is correct, IIRC, and I believe the other guy was definitely a "Miyake"...) --Monzo 02:32, 5 July 2010 (EDT)
Hm... Tformers originally had a "Lenny Kanziga" before they changed it, so it's probably a typo on their part and me misreading it at the time. Well, we still want to know Mr. TakTom-Employee-on-Exchange. --Lonegamer78 03:31, 5 July 2010 (EDT)
HA-HAAAAH! BY JOVE, I THINK I FOUND HIM! *cough* Miyaki Tomoya from SDCC's programming. Tomoya will be showing up with a couple of the Hasbro crews at SDCC. --Lonegamer78 13:23, 8 July 2010 (EDT)
Unfortunately, it appears the listing in the program guide was a typo. He himself corrected his name card at the Comic-Con Hasbro panel to read "Miyake". If the spelling on TakaraTomy's page is "Miyaki", then I suspect that's where the misconception originates; I find it easier to believe a web master would misspell someone's name than the person himself would do so.--Apcog 11:29, 9 August 2010 (EDT)
