Trivia: the Op Vs Megs speech was missing some dialog, from the comic-con voice-recording video. Sad panda. --129.237.94.246

Hmm. I guess the "jumping into the vortex" could be a scientific error. I just assumed the groundbridge vortex drew them in rather than that they hopped off the spacebridge and let gravity do the rest. --208.61.0.118 04:25, 6 December 2010 (EST)

Of course, the space bridge is specifically stated to be in Earth's orbit, and judging by the size of the Earth when seen from it, they're maybe halfway between the Earth and Moon at most. There's therefore still gravity acting on them. Though to do the math and work out exactly how much force is acting on the Autobots, we'd first need to know how much they weigh. --abates 04:38, 6 December 2010 (EST)
Actually, I take that back - we watch them "fall" into the ground bridge from a position behind them. If they were actually falling downwards, you'd be able to see the Earth when it closes. --abates 04:45, 6 December 2010 (EST)

Impaled guy on Cybertron - mere decoration or reference to old G1 comic scene? Or generic reference?

[edit]

Right after Megatron commands his legion to arise, a sweep across the ruined surface of Cybertron shows a (formerly dead) guy who was impaled (through the midsection) upon a slanted pillar. Maybe it's just a generic reference to an impaled person, because it looks nice as decoration for war, but somehow that scene seems familar. There is a similar scene in The_Harder_They_Die! where a Decepticon bully is impaled after OP threw him away. Coincidence? (I think I saw a similar scene in something not TF related, so perhaps it is.) --Cyberman 15:38, 7 May 2011 (EDT)

That is extremely a coincidence. --ItsWalky 02:49, 22 August 2012 (EDT)
