Dead Prime

Apparently (I haven't read it yet, but I've seen pictures), the Covenant of Primus revealed this Prime to be Liege Maximo, although the arm in-show looks remarkably more like part of the Covenant's illustration of Vector Prime than that of Liege Maximo.
