Is there a reason why we're counting the Universe Rodimus apperence as that of the Wing Universe's version? Cause I highly doubt Furman was going for a Rodimus from a BotCon comic from 2009.
Or Classics Rodimus being the one from the Classics comics, either. Escargon (talk) 16:00, 30 July 2014 (EDT)
- Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised at all if Furman didn't call for anything except a panel full of Hot Rod/imuses. I certainly don't think he asked for, say, Alternators Rodimus (which is the sort of thing I'm surprised the legal dept let past - IIRC, part of the licensing agreements for the Alternators line was that the bodies would never be visually depicted in stories...). It's the body of Wings Universe Rodimus, so... - SanityOrMadness (talk) 18:40, 30 July 2014 (EDT)
- Fair point, I've just been going with what each has been previously designated as, though as we're dealing with multiversal streams, there's an argument that could be made (like where Dirge and company turned up in the DW Armada comics) that if it's not them, it's someone from a very similar multiversal stream. In fact, in the case of Dirge and co, we know they're not from any G1 continuity we know, but they are from a G1-esque continuity, and that appearance is listed on their G1 page with an appropriate note or disclaimer. If the entries could be re-written to acknowledge that they're not necessarily that Hot Rod/Rodimus but most likely from a very similar multiversal stream, would that fly? --Emvee (talk) 18:43, 30 July 2014 (EDT)
