Minor retool where?

So where EXACTLY is the minor retool on this figure compared to Reverb? I've looked at the Brake-Neck figure who is a recolored figure of Six Speed and it says that he is a minor retool of him too but...I just don't see where? --Wildstreak (talk) 06:44, 26 November 2019 (EST)
