Would it be worth noting that Hasbro (for the time being) has lost the trademark for the name 'Eagle Eye' (especially since there's a figure in The Corps toyline with that name now)? - Zadok Rox 08:56, 29 October 2010 (EDT)
- I don't think so. At least, not unless Hasbro tries to release a new Eagle Eye figure and has to change the name. --Khajidha 10:41, 29 October 2010 (EDT)
Eagle Eye (G2)
[edit]If they are the same guy, why do we still have two articles? --Khajidha (talk) 13:57, 6 March 2014 (EST)
- Their sameness is only in one continuity, not every. --Sabrblade (talk) 14:02, 6 March 2014 (EST)
- Are they known to be separate in every other continuity or are they just not known to be the same? --Khajidha (talk) 14:13, 6 March 2014 (EST)
- They were known to be separate for years ever since the beginning. Their being the same person in just one continuity was a retcon that happened very recently that doesn't apply to all those previous years of their being separate. --Sabrblade (talk) 18:33, 6 March 2014 (EST)
- Really, so they appeared together in stories so you could tell that they were separate? Or are you just assuming they were separate because you were not told that they were the same? --Khajidha (talk) 09:31, 8 March 2014 (EST)
- Well, in the Wings-verse, G2 Eagle Eye was one of the "second Generation" Transformers created on Earth, so that would preclude him being a pre-existing guy. - Chris McFeely (talk) 09:41, 8 March 2014 (EST)
