I... question the point of this page. If they all used the same gun, fine. But they don't. I don't see what makes these any more deserving of a singular callout page than any other subgroup's set of disparate handguns. --M Sipher (talk) 16:07, 21 February 2026 (EST)

The original idea was to have a page just for Elita One's pistol because it has made it to toy form (an odd sentence and the interview in the Erial section was the direct inspiration), creating a faint suggestion of narrative, and gets (cover) shout-outs (that are easy to miss if not pointed out). Same basic idea as Cliffjumper's bazooka. But then I looked at the model sheets and realized every member has her own pistol and at least half are particularly designed. Moonracer's I can recognize as hers if you'd give me a lineup of at least every G1 cartoon TF because it has the same hook as her legs. Firestar's (helmet) and Lancer's (just-off curvature) I'd need a smaller lineup for, but they're still recognizable. There aren't generic pew-pew designs as tends to be the case with such weapons (in regards to your reference to other subgroups); these are made consciously/specifically for each of these characters as individuals. I deemed it ugly to prioritize Elita One, ridiculous to give them all their own page, inefficient to throw around notes on each character's, their group's, and the episode's page (and make separate images instead of just one), and that incorporating this information in the laser pistol page would, at least in the page's current state, negatively affect its neutrality, for starters because unlike those, the team's weapons aren't explicitly identified as laser pistols (the interview linked in Erial's section refers to it offhandedly as a "blaster". I couldn't find information if the packaging has any specific term).

Being primarily concerned with the BWII/BWN pages, there is a sizeable amount of actual pages and requests (red links) for all kinds of specifically individual or hinted one-of-a-kind (and even those less than) weapons (Screamwinder, Charge Blaster, etc. For future reference, are there any negative feelings about Diver's handgun? I made that one too because it was more efficient than relying on disembodied notes), which I believe the team's weapons to be, just unnamed. I'm open to suggestion for a different arrangement (not implying I have any sort of final say; just doing this dialogue thing because it seems to me like this is a dialogue thing), but I believe the information is in line with wiki coverage precedence and that my solution for the puzzle is not without merit.
