Umm... It's the other Grimlock coloration in the Gathering, and the Grimlock in "The Gathering" is clearly the original, not this one.. Did I miss something?

Didn't he cameo in that one universe animated CD comic thing?Chiasaur11 23:18, 5 October 2007 (UTC)

The information here suggested that Grim's blade was shorter than normal because the plastic is softer. I have Grimlock's and Dinotron's blades sitting in front of me, and the blade is actually a significantly different mold, only having five "segments" as opposed to Dinotron's six. I'm working on the assumption that Dinotron's blade is the same as the standard Dinobot figure and have adjusted the description according to this information. If someone digs out a Dinobot and finds that the blade is normally 5 segments and Grimlock's is in fact just short... then I guess Dinotron's page needs to be adjusted to reflect the different mold for his blade. Classification.

[edit]

So Ask Vector Prime [1] has just classified the Walmart 2003 Dinobots as 2001 Robots in Disguise/Viron characters. But Dinobot Grimlock seems really different from Build Team Grimlock. Do we merge or keep them separate? S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 47 (talk) 16:09, 29 May 2015 (EDT)

The answer is pretty clearly "separate". Saix (talk) 16:11, 29 May 2015 (EDT)

Merge

[edit]

Should we merge this Grimlock with Grimlock (RID)? I mean that Grimlock is a member of the Build Team and this one is a Dinobot, but they are from different continuities. Something like how the G1 cartoon Dinobots and Marvel Dinobots have different origins, the cartoon continuity Grimlock is a Build Team member and in the other Viron universe, he's a Dinobot. Doesn't that make sense? Sorry if it doesn't, this type of stuff confuses me.Transfan 1992 (talk) 23:46, 14 July 2015 (EDT)
