[edit]If Wings Universe, a much bigger "franchise" doesn't get a disambiguation, then why does Uprising? Mimi (talk) 23:36, 16 March 2015 (EDT)
- For what it's worth, in most instances I'd consider these guys to be the same basic character as their previous appearances. Ser-Ket, the Land Military Team and its repaints, Galen, etc. Certainly closer than, say, Sunbow and Marvel Shockwave or Grimlock. (The same goes for guys like Speed Planet Override and Zoom Out from Broken Windshields.) They share toys, basic personalities, etc. The history may vary because of the premise of the universe, but that's nothing new. Anyway, my 2 cents. Take it with a grain of whatever. --Jimsorenson (talk) 00:52, 17 March 2015 (EDT)
- That's not what Mimi is talking about, I don't think, but whether the characters are basically identical or not, these are versions from another continuity family, Primax versus UT, so they'd get their own pages regardless. As for parentheticals, I'd suggest just (BW). --ItsWalky (talk) 01:47, 17 March 2015 (EDT)
- Right, I'm just talking about the use of (BWU) vs. (BW), which seems more than needless. The only overlap is Bonecrusher.
- While you're here though, Jim, who are the ATV guy and crab guy supposed to be? I assume the latter is Razorclaw or Rockbuster. Mimi (talk) 02:47, 17 March 2015 (EDT)
- I don't know if Bish had specific characters in mind for those scenes. --Jimsorenson (talk) 08:42, 17 March 2015 (EDT)
