I added it solely due to the cult following on Twitter, however, it would appear that the frog civilian/transfrog actually does have some significance after all given Rebecca Ann's tweet ( https://twitter.com/beccabeean/status/1482020890430697475 ) confirming that it was deliberately placed in the scene as their "TFsona" per their specific request to include the character to Jack Lawrence, Heather Breckel and David Mariotte.
