"Someotherguy"

Does anyone have any information, hopefully from writers Pete Sinclair and Jesse Wittenrich, on the "someotherguy" on one of Rhinox's screens, as seen in this crop? It looks like a Shattered Glass Decepticon, but the 'bot doesn't match any Decepticon I can find on this wiki. S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 47 (talk) 16:24, 8 July 2015 (EDT)
