I'm struggling for a reason to not take out the bottom two disambig templates, make a Notes section talking about the name oddity then making "see also" links to the disambig pages for the tertiary names because those stacked templates for tertiary names look goddamn awful. --M Sipher (talk) 05:43, 28 October 2016 (EDT)

I looked at disambiguation templates, trying to take a crack at something like DisambigM which would take multiple arguments, but I couldn't make sense of it. --Giggidy (talk) 11:35, 28 October 2016 (EDT)
