Whoa, what happened here, SFH? The drone was what Moreshower's joint command structure used to find out what was going on after Soundwave took out the satellite coverage in the region. As far as the story seems to present itself, the Americans did it all. Also, they dispatched the Navy, Air Force and Marines to Egypt, hence those guys with American accents wearing american BDUs. In the novel, Jordan, Israel, and Saudi Arabia all sent in their military to assist. I went into the movie thinking the novel was true, so I wasn't looking for differences, so I don't know if the film contradicts the novel. - Starfield 14:03, 17 August 2009 (EDT)
