Toei?

Regarding the note about the Japanese text, are we sure that this episode was animated by Toei?

• The shading is very flat.
• Starscream's Decepticon insignias are the right-way up instead of upside down (They're incorrectly right-way-up in all three S2 AKOM episodes, but Toei seems be pretty good at getting them right).

That, coupled with the Japanese text makes me think that this is one of the seven episodes done by the mystery Filipino studio. --abates 03:30, 28 June 2009 (EDT)

Recycling

Writer David Wise recycled this plot for an episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and possibly other shows.

The plot was also recycled for an episode of Mighty Ducks... and while I cannot find a direct writing credit (the episode is on Youtube and the writer is STILL uncredited)...
