Regarding the naming issue, the same thing applies to Japanese names, yet we have them in Western format of "given name, surname". --Lonegamer78 21:20, 20 May 2013 (EDT)

As far as I know, the difference is that Japanese naming conventions are not retained in English for people from the modern era (as opposed to historical figures), whereas the Chinese convention, despite being the same, is always retained in English. --flicky1991 06:49, 21 May 2013 (EDT)
