They are only ever called "Omega Supremes" in the show. - Starfield 19:16, 23 May 2009 (EDT)

  1. They are NEVER called "Omega Supremes". Variations on "Omega Supreme clones" at some points, but "Omega Supreme" is always reserved for the big guy. It's never used as a generic term.
  2. Endgame, Part II; c. 20:20. Bumblebee: "The Starscream Supremes are history!" - SanityOrMadness 19:38, 23 May 2009 (EDT)
The model sheets identify them as Lugnut Supreme, and I have reason to believe that a future Almanac may refer to them as such as well. --Jimsorenson 19:46, 23 May 2009 (EDT)
Bumblebee only calls them Starscream Supremes when Starscream's backup programming takes over. On the subject of the term "Starscream Supremes", have we got a Cybertron reference here? ZeldaTheSwordsman 15:32, 10 September 2009 (EDT)

Lugnuts Supreme, not Lugnut Supremes.

[edit]

It's like "Attorneys General"; the noun (Lugnut or Attorney) is plural, and "supreme/general" is the adjective. Both Supreme and General have identical singular/plural forms. AllSpark Almanac II uses "Lugnut Supremes," so that's the official pluralization. Normally I'd agree, even in regards to the counter suggestion of "Omegas Supreme" being the plural of "Omega Supreme." Not for the G1 character, when it's just a first and last name, but definitely for Animated, where you can have all sorts of Supremes with different names applied, where "Supreme" works more like a rank or title. But, again, this isn't how the name is pluralized in official sources. --ItsWalky 01:56, 11 February 2011 (EST)

Well, thanks for being so surprisingly prompt. I changed it on the page for Endgame pt2 because I thought that the page was in error. you can revert that. I wasn't going to change the character page without consensus, though. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 207.38.151.73 (talkcontribs){{#if:| {{{2}}}|}}.

If you weren't willing to change the main article, then why did you bother changing one page? —Interrobang 02:00, 11 February 2011 (EST)
I thought that the article (on ENdgame Part 2) had gotten it wrong and that "Lugnuts Supreme" was the accepted spelling on the wiki already. I acted rash, but with only good intentions. 207.38.151.73 17:57, 11 February 2011 (EST)

So is it officially "Lugnuts Supreme," or did ItsWalky make a typo? - Starfield 13:09, 13 February 2011 (EST)

Walky made a typo (which is why he's disagreeing with the anon), Allspark Almanac II refers to them specifically as "Lugnut Supremes" in the section summarizing Endgame Part 1. --Detour 23:39, 13 February 2011 (EST)
Oh! Sorry. -- SFH 23:39, 13 February 2011 (EST)
