Talk:Main Page/featured-article
So is there some way we can have the Featured Article on the front page randomized among all the eligible articles? --M Sipher 05:34, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
- I don't think so. Even Wikipedia has a schedule of all the upcoming featured articles. To change it you really do just have to physically paste what you want into the template. --ItsWalky 05:39, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
If, uh, someone wants to beef up Pyro's write-up here, that's a-okay by me. --ItsWalky 18:34, 3 July 2010 (EDT)

February 2016?
[edit]Any ideas? Escargon (talk) 20:06, 3 February 2016 (EST)
I believe there was talk of Blades (RB) becoming featured last month. Since that didn't pan out, I wouldn't mind seeing that happening this month. -Foffy the Sheep (talk) 20:12, 3 February 2016 (EST)
Article title?
[edit]Should we change the template to include the title of the article? Normally it's not a huge deal since the subject is usually bolded in the lead, but for some articles, primarily stuff like individual episodes or issues (like this month's), all we get is the first paragraph of the plot summary. Readers don't know what article it actually is they're looking at unless they click through, or at least mouse over "continued". Thoughts? -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 09:45, 3 November 2017 (EDT)
- I agree. At first I thought the page was Meltdown! I suggest changing the template to check if the atricle is in Category:Stories, and if so, add the title. —The Liege Decado (talk) 13:48, 8 November 2017 (EST)
- It's not really a template. You just... copy and paste the text you want to include from the actual article. --Riptide (talk) 14:21, 8 November 2017 (EST)
- In that case, it definitely shouldn't be a problem! —The Liege Decado (talk) 13:48, 8 November 2017 (EST)
- Fair enough then. Thanks to McFeely's formatting, this should provide a good example for future reference. I'll probably add a hidden note just so people don't forget in the future. -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 14:48, 9 November 2017 (EST)

[edit]So... Transformers: BotBots (toyline), yes? --M Sipher (talk) 03:53, 8 March 2022 (EST)
- That seems reasonable to me. -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 04:09, 8 March 2022 (EST)
