Talk:Matrix of Leadership/toys

Does anyone know what the actual difference is with the "Night Variant" second edition of the Diamond Select Matrix statue...? Seems like we should add the info, but I don't know what it is from personal experience...110.33.105.177 00:30, 7 November 2011 (EST)

Looks from pictures like the Night Variant has a lighter redeco, maybe to make it look more like it did on the cartoon? --abates 01:03, 7 November 2011 (EST)
Hmmm, you could be right. The only really strong difference I can see from pics is that the base on the Night Variant appears to have silver paint in some of the recessed areas of detail, as compared to the original apparently being pretty much an all orange base. However, I'm hesitant to leave it at that since most photos I've found online seem to be stock/prototype rather than in-hand photos. I'm also keen to know if there are any non-deco differences, such as to the lighting colors. And why on earth is it called the "Night" variant...?110.33.105.177 02:13, 7 November 2011 (EST)

Does anyone have a comparison photo? That would be useful. TrapRat 00:09, 21 November 2011 (EST)

Shouldn't Kre-o Matrix Optimus Prime be here to? (184.56.19.73 14:47, 7 December 2011 (EST))

Kingdom Matrix

Unless Kingdom Rodimus Prime's Matrix uses the same sculpting as Kingdom Galvatron's Matrix, then it's probably a new injection mold instead of a retool/remold to the existing injection mold (I am no professional, I am basing this off the info on the Retool page). It is prolly a one-case Matrix mold specifically for Galvatron and his probable redecoes/retools --notsoalex (talk)
We don't really know anything about the Rodimus Matrix, but Optimus and Galvatron have what really looks like the same thing except for the hexed-off socket in the rear for the necklace. --Thylacine 2000 (talk) 16:34, 5 May 2021 (EDT)
