I have Ratbat and shockwave Speech before Ratbats reformating and i was wondering if i should expand it (here it is btw)

"Instability is just a different word for opportunity, Hmm?"

"Confirmed."

"What-" (ratbats gets shot) "What.... are... you...doing!?"

"Situation-war. Resources-limited. Optimal Solution-Repurpose valuable resource."

I meant that one line above confirms that Ratbat was trying to profit from the instability. (And there was some confusion about that in character page. --Projectus (talk) 01:51, 27 June 2016 (EDT)
