Future Appearances

In the last few issues Roberts seems to be employing Minimus more and more out of his armor, interacting with characters and whatnot. If this trend continues, I think we should come to a consensus as to how, if at all, we want to "split" his adventures as Magnus vs unarmored. Personally, if he's going to keep switching between the two forms, we might want to consider folding his main timeline information into the main IDW Magnus article. But that's just me. That was my position from the beginning. I always said we should just redirect Minimus to Magnus - for all intents and purpose, he IS Ultra Magnus, with Ratchet even saying so in-story. Hm, I seem to have almost the opposite opinion - in that since his last conversation with Ratchet where he seemed quite upset with his situation, Minimus no longer feels the need to pretend to be Magnus and that these appearances are like Minimus "coming out", so to speak. If it does pan out that he's retired the Magnus Armor, then that's the story of Ultra Magnus over and done with, as far as I can see, and the start of a new chapter in Minimus Ambus's story. Having said that, I find it really difficult to imagine a scene between Minimus and Megatron, so maybe he'll save the armour for formal occasions... Just reminded of this today. I think it's been made abundantly clear at this point that Minimus will be appearing both in and out of armor going forward, and some editors have already filled in stories in which this has happened by putting the out-of-armor information on this page, and the in-armor information on Magnus's page. This is awful—they are the same character, and this just divides a linear narrative into something almost unreadable.
