Mr. Red and Blue

Could this be a slightly miscolored Skram? The placement of the wheels on his shoulders, coupled with the blue kind of had me leaning that direction. Swap the red of his midsection for orange, and that's Skram. That, and the fact that the whole page is full of late-ish (1988-1989) characters (and his G2 case-mate Rapido) have me thinking that is who he could be. --NebulanFree 06:27, 15 February 2013 (EST)
