That is what the bio - both in the reveal video and his bio card - indicate, and there's nothing in the comic to contradict that, so... yeah, the living one is in the comic. That said, would drone Nebulon and living Nebulon go on the same page? --Riptide (talk) 12:04, 7 August 2015 (EDT)

Fixed up the page now that I've read the bio. And yes, I believe both should remain on the same page. They're both the same character archetype from the same "franchise." I seem to recall that it was a tweet. I can't seem to find it now, perhaps the @BotCon feed was wiped and restarted, but I found a trace of the statement on Google search: "Both Megatron & Stepper are their only kind in Axiom Nexus, meaning Megs is the only Megs & Stepper is the only Shattered Glass...".
