This is probably a "no", but has there been any merchandising info to suggest that "Image:AniVoyagerOptimusBlackVersion.jpg|Black Optimus" is meant to be a Nemesis?KrytenKoro 21:55, 10 June 2011 (EDT)

As I understand it, Nemesis Prime is Black Optimus repurposed. And by "repurposed," I believe I mean "has a Decepticon symbol instead of an Autobot one." --ItsWalky 22:04, 10 June 2011 (EDT)

Reference to Alt Nemesis Prime

Instead of thinking the reference is wrong because one mentions Straxus and one doesn't, look at the events. In both cases, immediately after their creation, they both vanish mysteriously; Animated by Straxus' hand, Binaltech by Optimus Primal's spark. No, they're not exactly the same, which is why it's a reference, not a recreation. Yeah, except DJW said the bit about Straxus was taken from Alt Nemesis Prime's bio. Not the bit about "vanishing soon after his creation". Straxus having to do with Nemesis Prime comes from the Universe toy bio. --Detour 01:20, 12 January 2012 (EST)

The article doesn't say that at all; that the involvement of Straxus (period) being a reference to Alt U2.0 Nem Prime. It says "the bit about Straxus taking command of Nemesis". Which doesn't match up with the Universe 2.0 bio; Straxus essentially created U2.0 N.P, not took command of him.
