Talk:One Shall Rise, Part 1
No such luck, boyos. Teletoon's airing a rerun of Predatory. --Detour 12:02, 28 August 2011 (EDT)
- Huh, weird, I wonder if the Hub got on their backs. Well, I guess we can leave the episode page up so at least people know what's happening. --abates 15:46, 28 August 2011 (EDT)
- The TVGuide and sattelite listings all listed a new episode, so it seems like a last minute change imposed by the Hub, yes. --Detour 15:54, 28 August 2011 (EDT)
- Well, is there any information that may indicate the real airdate? 68.147.45.66 19:54, 28 August 2011 (EDT)
- Extrapolating from One Shall Fall's Hub airdate, October 1. --abates 20:09, 28 August 2011 (EDT)
- ...and you were right! 68.147.45.66 23:36, 4 September 2011 (EDT)

Why you don't make page for part 2, if there is part 1, there should be part 2.--Unregistred Contributor 15:35, 3 September 2011 (EDT)
- This page is pretty bare bones itself, a page for part 2 would be useless as it would have nothing on it. --Khajidha 09:51, 3 September 2011 (EDT)
Title
[edit]Shouldn't it be "One Shall Rise, Part 1", in the same style as "Darkness Rising, Part 1", etc.? Since they don't show titles in the episodes, we might as well go for consistency. —Interrobang 10:46, 3 September 2011 (EDT)
- It consistently has it with a dash on MSN and TVGuide.ca, but then it has a colon on the Darkness Rising episodes and we seem to be ignoring those too, so... --abates 18:51, 3 September 2011 (EDT)
- I suppose we'll have to wait for the DVDs or an official listing from Hasbro (or scripts, if we're remarkably lucky) for final confirmation on what punctuation mark to use. —Interrobang 20:17, 3 September 2011 (EDT)
- Yeah, I was using the dash in my storylinks because that's what the info on my DVR used. Hrm. --ItsWalky 22:00, 1 October 2011 (EDT)

Poking this discussion, now the DVDs/Blu-Rays are out, do they shed any light on the matter? --abates 20:15, 6 March 2012 (EST)
- The DVDs use commas instead of hyphens. Though, I still have all my Prime episode recordings on the DVR and all the "One Shall Rise" and "Orion Pax" episodes use hyphens (where all the "Darkness Rising" episodes use commas as always). Though, here's something to consider. Could it be possible that the people at Shout! Factory got the comma-spelled names from this Wiki instead of whatever source the cable companies got the hyphen spellings? --Sabrblade 12:48, 20 May 2012 (EDT)
Airing
[edit]Did it air? --82.39.157.220 14:11, 4 September 2011 (EDT)
- As the article says, it did not air and is now scheduled to air on the first of October. --Khajidha 14:37, 4 September 2011 (EDT)
Singapore
[edit]Can we note that it aired in Singapore today? --82.39.157.220 12:32, 29 September 2011 (EDT)
I don't believe we see all thirteen of the Thirteen.
[edit]In the first picture we're shown, we only see 12 designs, then the in the other two images, there's eleven in each.
Media:OneShallRise1-TheThirteen.jpg - In this picture, we see eleven clearly, with the twelfth (likely Solus) cut off at the far right. I don't think there was any other character to the far left.
I believe Megatronus hasn't been shown to us. The reason I bring this up is because of the last note on the page "This is the first time in any Transformers franchise where we catch a glimpse of all thirteen of the Original Transformers. Finally."
I don't believe we have. Karhukjnsi 15:41, 2 October 2011 (EDT)
- Yup, the most we see (at once) is eleven and a half. Unless we see different ones in different shots. Though I actually took the last shot showing a distinct eleven surrounding the Core of Cybertron to signify that Megatronus and the Liege Maximo had both sided with Unicron and had been cast out with him. - ¡Usa El Queso! Complain here 16:38, 2 October 2011 (EDT)
- I dunno. To be honest, the one with the glowing fiery eyes and sparkly by may be Megatronus. He's big and hulking like his BotCon design, and has a rather Decepticon insignia-looking face in the second image. --Sabrblade 16:02, 3 October 2011 (EDT)
- Or it could be Nexus, who could possess such traits as the guardian of rarified energon. And if Hasbro is sticking with the movie combiner aesthetic that could explain the hulking frame. Megatronus could be the guy with the...Megatron-shaped head. It's all too unclear.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 209.51.184.13 (talk • contribs){{#if:| {{{2}}}|}}.
- Megatronus was shown at BotCon to be a big hulking guy with a Con logo-styled head, not a Megatron-styled head. And Nexus' page already labels him as the visor dude on the far left of the first image. --Sabrblade 16:35, 3 October 2011 (EDT)
- I don't remember him being described as looking like a beast though, while I do remember some reports saying Nexus looked rather beastly. Someone on TFW even said he almost looked like he had fur IIRC. And it wouldn't surprise me if the concept art got changed, or if the art used in the show was actually the concept art and what was shown at Botcon was finalized, and they don't match up. Isn't Vector Prime supposed to look pretty much like his Cybertron design but with a starry cape? And yet here we've got one guy who looks clearly like VP with no cape and a guy with a starry cape who looks nothing like VP.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 209.51.184.13 (talk • contribs){{#if:| {{{2}}}|}}.
- The concept art at BotCon isn't going to be 100% helpful, because what's in the Aligned Story Bible isn't going to always (or ever?) match up completely with what gets designed and rendered for the television show. Compare their Optimus Primes and compare their Primas. So we can probably look to the BotCon-revealed designs for clues, but I wouldn't stick to them as Gospel for deciphering who these guys are, no. --ItsWalky 17:09, 3 October 2011 (EDT)

Unicron
[edit]At the end, many stone figures of Unicron come out of the stone around Optimus. This is the only TF series I`ve seen, so can anybody help me out? How can he do that? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 74.212.29.189 (talk • contribs){{#if:| {{{2}}}|}}.
- Because in this series, he Unicron is the Earth, and has control over it, so he shapes these figures out of his substance. - Chris McFeely 13:06, 4 October 2011 (EDT)
- Thanks. Like I said, this is the only TF series I`ve seen. How can Unicron control all of his.... clones at once? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 74.212.29.189 (talk • contribs){{#if:| {{{2}}}|}}.
- The same way you can control all of your fingers at once. Please take further questions to a forum. —Interrobang 20:07, 4 October 2011 (EDT)

Great. You gave me another question, but this time it`s a stupid one. It`s completly unrelated to Unicron. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 74.212.29.189 (talk • contribs){{#if:| {{{2}}}|}}.
- What Interrobang means is that this page is for discussing the article for One Shall Rise, not for general discussion of the episode itself. Wikis aren't really well suited to holding discussions of that type, and you're better off asking on a proper Transformers forum. --abates 20:51, 4 October 2011 (EDT)
Sorry....*sheesh I`m only 13! Noone can expect me to know this stuff! Don`t get mad at me.*..... I wanted to know what a forum was. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 74.212.29.189 (talk • contribs){{#if:| {{{2}}}|}}.
- No one's mad! I didn't know that's what your question was. A forum is just another name for a message board. There are quite a few Transformers sites with forums, such as the AllSpark, TFW2005, Seibertron, and TFormers.com. --abates 21:39, 4 October 2011 (EDT)
All right. Thanks..... and sorry.
A small note
[edit]Should we add a small note in the trivia section saying that in the information box for the cartoon on Dish TV(That's what I got so I don't know if it is on other satellite or cable providers) that where it is supposed to mention the Autobots and Decepticons -and some other things but I can't recall anything else for the life of me right now- it replaces the word "Autobots" with "Megatrons"? And yes, it does have an "S" at the end of "Megatron". —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 74.232.29.77 (talk • contribs){{#if:| {{{2}}}|}}.
- Are you sure it's not for One Shall Fall? The description on MSN mentions "Megatrons". --abates 02:12, 23 December 2011 (EST)
Ahh my bad, I did confuse the episodes. You are right, it is One Shall Fall.
