Could the term Package Refresh be retroactively applied to older kid-oriented toylines? Precisely, Cyberverse and even Robots in Disguise 2015.

I think we're trying to draw a line between "rebranding" and "package refresh" that doesn't really exist. I'd have to check, but I'm sure some previous "rebranded" releases had the same sort of minor changes we discuss here.
