Talk:Plastic
What about ABS plastic? People always say it's a common TF plastic, too. I don't really know, though. --Steve-o 22:01, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
- Got it. I tried to add some info, too. Hard to put down enough without geeking out totally, sigh.--Autobus Prime 15:33, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
Possible Fix
[edit]retr0bright: A gel created from easy to find components that may help restore ABS to original colours. No testing on transformers yet.
Thanks
[edit]I'd just like to thank the good people of tfwiki.net for making this page. My two-year old brother broke the grill of my Evasion Mode Optimus Prime completely off, and I wasn't sure that I could use Gorilla Glue to fix it because of the plastic type. The information on this page informed me otherwise. Again, thanks. ---Lord of Hate (talk) 20:24, 23 October 2014 (EDT)
GPS
[edit]I want to point out that the article only mentions gps affecting gold/bronze plastic, when any metalic swirled plastic can be affected.
Modern Transformers plastics.
[edit]Does Hasbro still use brittle Polystyrene parts in their modern Transformers figures? I have heard different things from different sources, not sure what to believe.
