How is Cybertron Smokescreen MORE of an homage to Rad than he is to G1 Smokescreen? I see the yellow wedge on the head, but I see a lot more G1 Smokescreen. Crockalley 22:52, 18 September 2006 (UTC)

- Yeah, I see the head, but what about the entire rest of the toy, which looks like G1 Smokescreen? A little yellow wedge, versus the whole body of the car. All I'm saying is: the article says the toy "is intended as more of an homage to Rad than the original Smokescreen himself," but the "G1 Smokescreen" parts seem to overwhelm the "Rad" parts. That's why I asked aboout the Ras homage. Maybe there's something besides just the head that I didn't see. --Crockalley 19:18, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
- Well, Rad is also red, blue, and gray, just like Smokescreen, so there's some preexisting overlap. (It's not just the yellow wedge, either. Smokescreen had a blue head with a gold crest, so the whole head, not just the yellow wedge, and especially with the visor, is very Rad. As Kyde intended.) He's basically Rad who transforms into Smokescreen's altmode. --ItsWalky 19:32, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
