Rotating wheel

I never got around to ask this but what is the purpose of Transmetals Rattrap's back wheels/hind legs being being able rotate about 90 degrees? It's not mentioned in the instructions nor have I seen it being mentioned here. Only way to access it by pulling the leg/wheel out when you go into vehicle mode and then rotate it. But it doesn't have any purpose in that mode either because the wheels ends up floating. --Wildstreak (talk) 16:02, 26 February 2022 (EST)

Sounds like yours are stuck. The wheels are supposed to rotate a full 360 degrees and then some, in either direction. They're the back wheels to his vehicle mode that rolls on all fours. --Sabrblade (talk) 18:25, 26 February 2022 (EST)

Okay, my mistake. I wasn't very clear with what I said. There is a joint that lets the hind legs rotate 90 degrees when you pull it out for transport mode. When you do that, the wheels don't touch the ground because the legs get in the way and that they are also raised up by a few inches. The feet also stick out from the back when they are rotated. In robot mode they sort of act as some outwards moving skirt pieces but like I said, it really doesn't show up in the instructions or is mentioned anywhere else and has no purpose of the joint being there to rotate in the first place. Kingdom: Beast mode alternate gun storage

I've discovered that you can store Kingdom Rattrap's gun between his robot-mode thighs in rat mode, which is a lot more discreet than tabbing it into his side as the instructions suggest, if a bit phallic. Could this be considered an undocumented feature? The shape of the thighs and the gun and the size of the spot seems too close to be a coincidence. This is a bit unnecessary but...

I feel we should maybe address the fact that MPG Rattrap and Missing Link Arcee came out on the same day...bringing the "Great Aunt Arcee" joke back once again. The timing feels too much of a coincidence to not be on purpose...Poliwag06 (talk) 20:37, 30 September 2025 (EDT)
