Talk:Rising Storm issue 3

In an earlier issue, Soundwave was sporting his DOTM appearance but in this issue, he suddenly returned to his ROTF self. Is this an error or am I missing something?--Primestar3 (talk) 18:39, 23 July 2016 (EDT)
